Best Self? Am I there yet?

Taking steps to be a "better" me.  

Going to bed earlier (still working on that one)

Eat better - have that covered. 

Stop the loop of negative self-effacing bullshit that is on repeat in my head  ( working on that one too)

Get outside more   

Laugh more

Visit friends with friends

Love harder 

Be unapologetically vulnerable.  

VULNERABLE. That's right.
