So what if I have a pretty face.....

Day 5.
I am eating every 3 hours.
Revisiting something new.
Eating like a fiend.. high protein, lots of fruit, veg.  Zero Bread/Sugar/pasta/rice.
New world order
Early morning swimming and late night runs. It will work. It will stick.
The shift in the light is making me see things differently.  Keep moving!  Keep going. Nobody likes a fat girl,  despite what they say.

"Um, well at least  you have a pretty pretty face".
